The reporting side of this tool is what caught my attention first, and two months in I'm still genuinely impressed. Our small education nonprofit runs about a dozen concurrent projects at any given time, and pulling together a status snapshot used to mean copying data into spreadsheets and hoping nothing was stale. Zoho Projects lets me pull task completion stats, milestone progress, and timesheet summaries into a single view without a lot of setup. The Gantt chart reporting especially has made update meetings faster. Not perfect, but meaningfully better than what I was doing before.
The one frustration worth naming: the dashboard customization is shallower than I expected. You can choose what appears, but the layout options feel fixed, and if you want to highlight a specific metric in a way that matches how your team thinks about progress, you'll hit a wall fairly quickly. Customer support has been helpful enough, though response times are inconsistent. For the price point, especially at nonprofit scale, this is still a strong choice.
