Two months in, and the lot tracing alone has saved my team from at least three compliance headaches. For a non-profit food processor, that matters. The on-site implementation visits were genuinely helpful, not just box-ticking.
That said, I hit a few edge cases around non-standard unit-of-measure conversions for donated goods, and the workarounds weren't obvious. Support got me there eventually, but it took more back-and-forth than I expected this early. If your workflows are a little unconventional, budget extra time for that discovery phase.
