What sold me was the flexibility. Browser one minute, desktop app the next, same file, no fuss. I've started designs on the train and finished them at my desk without missing a beat. Auto-layout took some getting used to, but once it clicked, I couldn't imagine designing without it. Customer service has been hit or miss when I've reached out, sometimes quick, sometimes painfully slow. Thankfully the community is enormous and someone has usually solved your problem before you've even thought to ask.
