The dashboard view honestly sold me. About six weeks in, I can already pull document activity reports that used to take me half a morning to piece together manually. For a small team where I'm the one wearing every hat, that visibility matters. Rubex surfaces the right data without much fuss, and the automated filing has been a genuine relief.
The one sticking point is the analytics customization. You can get solid snapshots, but tweaking report layouts feels clunky and the options are thinner than I'd expect. Still, for what my team needs day to day, this is working well.
