Support is what sold me. Two weeks in, I hit a configuration snag with our listing and fired off a message half-expecting a boilerplate reply three days later. Instead, a real person responded within a couple of hours and actually solved the problem.
For a small education nonprofit with no dedicated IT resource, that kind of responsiveness matters enormously. The platform itself does what it promises, and the analytics dashboard is straightforward enough that I'm not drowning in setup. Genuinely pleased this early on.
