Clean, intuitive, and genuinely pleasant to open every morning. That is not something I expected from project management software. ProWorkflow keeps the UI out of your way, so actually getting work done feels natural rather than like a chore. Task views load fast, navigation is logical, and I have never had to dig through nested menus to find something obvious.
About a year in with a growing team, and onboarding new hires has been surprisingly painless because the interface just makes sense to most people on first contact. Customer support response times could tighten up a bit, but the overall value for what we pay is hard to argue with.
