Permissions and role management inside Klaviyo are genuinely well thought out. Two years in, and onboarding new team members to the platform takes maybe fifteen minutes, because the access controls are clear and the admin panel doesn't bury things. Assigning list-level permissions versus account-wide access is a distinction I wish more tools bothered to make.
The one real gripe: custom roles are limited. My department has a few people who need read access to flows but shouldn't touch segments, and that exact combination requires some workaround. It's not a dealbreaker, but it feels like something they should have solved by now.
