Pricing is honestly what made me commit. Solo operators get squeezed hard on software costs, and I was bracing for the usual enterprise-tier nonsense when I first looked at Tracts. What I found instead was a model that actually makes sense for a one-person shop. Two years in, and I still feel like I'm getting more than I'm paying for. The speed gains alone justify the subscription. Determining mineral ownership at the pace this platform enables would have cost me significantly more in billable hours under my old process.
The title management features are genuinely deep without being bloated, and customer support picked up a real issue I flagged within a day. If I'm being picky, there's a small learning curve on some of the mapping configuration options. But that's a minor grumble. For a freelancer trying to compete with larger brokerages, the value here is hard to argue with. Worth every dollar.
