The hPanel is the main reason I stuck around. A year into managing our department's web presence through Hostinger, that control panel is still genuinely one of the cleaner interfaces I've worked with. Everything lives where you'd expect it to, DNS settings are straightforward, and spinning up a new subdomain takes maybe three clicks. No hunting through buried menus. For a team that doesn't have a dedicated sysadmin, that clarity matters enormously day to day.
The one gripe I keep running into is the email hosting setup. It works, but the UI for managing mailboxes feels a step behind the rest of the platform, a bit clunky compared to how polished everything else is. Customer support via live chat is quick and generally helpful, so when I hit a wall there I can usually get unstuck fast. Pricing is fair for what you get. Not quite a five-star experience because of that email section, but it's close.
