I set up tiered permissions for our purchasing leads, our safety compliance contacts, and a handful of read-only users in about an afternoon. No back-and-forth with support, no mysterious greyed-out menus. The admin panel is laid out in a way that actually matches how a mid-market department thinks.

  What keeps me impressed is how little I've had to revisit those initial settings. Onboarding two new team members mid-quarter took maybe fifteen minutes each. Their customer service has been responsive the one time I did reach out with a configuration question, though honestly the documentation was clear enough that I probably could have figured it out myself.
