Two years without a single outage I can actually remember. That's the thing that stands out most when I try to summarize Capsule to someone evaluating CRM options. At a growing startup where we're adding headcount fast and nobody has time to chase down a broken tool, reliability isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole game. Capsule has been quietly dependable in a way that a lot of software at this price point simply isn't. The few minor bugs I noticed in the first few months got patched before I even thought to file a ticket, which says something about how their team operates.
On the features side, the custom pipeline stages and task reminders have become load-bearing parts of how I keep deals from slipping. My sales crew opens it every morning because it surfaces exactly what they need without making them dig. The Transpond add-on is decent for email campaigns, though it still feels a little bolted on compared to the core CRM experience. That integration between the two products could be tighter, and that's honestly my main gripe after two years.
The contact management is where Capsule really shines for a team our size. Everything lives in one place, notes don't disappear, and I've never had a colleague come to me with a corrupted record or a sync failure that wiped data. That kind of boring, consistent trustworthiness is rare. If you're scaling past twenty people and you need a CRM that just works without constant babysitting, this is a genuinely strong contender.
