Support responsiveness is what caught me off guard, in a good way. My agency started setting up Zoho Analytics for a handful of clients about two months ago, and I hit a wall almost immediately with a connector that wouldn't sync properly. I filed a ticket expecting the usual three-day silence. Nope. A real person responded within a few hours, walked me through the fix step by step, and followed up the next day to confirm everything held. That kind of follow-through is rare. I've since had two more exchanges with their support team on client-specific dashboard questions, and both were handled with the same care.
The one frustration worth flagging: onboarding documentation for the SQL query feature is thinner than it should be, and if you're setting this up for clients who aren't data-savvy, you'll be doing more hand-holding than you'd expect. The drag-and-drop interface is genuinely approachable, but the deeper capabilities have a learning curve that the docs don't fully bridge. Still, the support quality more than compensates when you get stuck.
