Setting up user roles for a small nonprofit staff took me maybe an afternoon, and I've never had to revisit it since. The admin panel is straightforward enough that I can onboard a new volunteer coordinator without writing a how-to guide first. Custom fields, pipeline stages, access controls, all in one sensible place.
My one gripe: permission granularity is a bit shallow. I'd love finer control over who can see certain contact tags versus full records. Not a dealbreaker after three years, but it comes up every time we bring on someone new.
