The analytics situation inside Figma is, honestly, the thing that keeps me from fully committing after five-plus years of daily use. For a tool that sits at the center of our product process, the built-in reporting is shockingly thin. I can see who viewed a file and roughly when, but getting any meaningful picture of how our growing team actually uses shared libraries or which components are touched most? That requires third-party plugins or manual digging. At our stage, with the team now pushing forty people, I need dashboard visibility that just isn't there yet.
