Solid uptime, almost across the board. Running identity management for a mid-sized educational nonprofit, I can't afford a login outage at 8 a.m. when staff and students are flooding in. Okta has held up well over the past year. One incident around month four caused a rough couple of hours, and support was slower to respond than I'd have liked. Outside of that blip, the reliability track record has been genuinely reassuring. For a nonprofit with a lean IT budget, that peace of mind matters more than any individual feature.
