The timesheet feature alone is why I keep renewing. About six months ago I ditched a clunky spreadsheet setup and started logging client hours directly in Zoho People. The ability to tie timesheets straight to Zoho CRM contacts is genuinely clever for a solo consultant billing multiple clients. Setup took maybe an afternoon.
Mobile check-in works without fuss, and the IP restriction option gives me something professional to point to when clients ask about my time-tracking process. Small thing, but it matters. For what they charge at this tier, I'm not finding much to complain about.
