Our previous platform had us drowning in manual workarounds. Six months into BambooHR and the difference is stark. Onboarding paperwork that used to eat two days now takes a morning. Employee self-service actually works the way it should, which cut my inbox noise significantly.
The reporting is cleaner than anything I used before, and their support team responds fast with real answers. The one gripe: payroll setup during enterprise rollout took longer than promised. Still, for an organization our size, this was the right call.
