Remote work broke most of the accounting tools I had relied on for years. Wave held up. Whether I'm on a hotel connection in Monterrey or reviewing invoices from my phone between meetings, the browser experience stays consistent and the mobile interface doesn't strip out the features I actually need. Reconciliation on a phone screen sounds miserable, but they've made it genuinely workable. Five-plus years in, and I still find myself recommending it to every small-business owner I know who's tired of paying a fortune to sit at a desktop to get anything done.
