The pricing structure here is genuinely unlike anything else I've come across in drayage software. Month-to-month, no contracts, and a free base tier that actually does useful work. When I first signed up over five years ago as a solo owner-operator, I was bracing for the usual bait-and-switch. Hidden fees, forced annual commits, surprise invoices. None of that materialized. Not once. The cost has stayed predictable, and when my volume dipped one slow quarter, I scaled down without a single phone call to a retention rep.
For a one-truck operation running tight margins, that flexibility is worth more than any flashy feature. The dispatch and container tracking tools cover everything I need day-to-day, and the interface loads fast enough that I'm not sitting around waiting on screens. Customer support has been responsive on the two occasions I've needed it. Honestly, if you're a solo operator trying to keep overhead honest, TruckerZoom is hard to argue against on pure dollars and cents.
