Three years in and I have genuinely hit the edges of this platform, which honestly says something good. Task dependency logic breaks a little when you have more than four levels of nesting, and the Bug Tracker add-on doesn't talk to Milestones as gracefully as I'd like. But every time I've flagged something, their support team has either patched it or pointed me to a workaround fast.
For a mid-market department juggling ten concurrent projects, the Gantt charts and time tracking are worth the subscription alone. The limitations exist, but they're manageable.
