Two years into an enterprise rollout, and the thing that still surprises me most is how little I worry about the platform going down. Uptime has been rock solid. I can count the unplanned outages on one hand, and every time something did hiccup, their team had a status update posted within minutes. That kind of reliability matters a lot when you've got hundreds of sales reps depending on the system to start their day.
The bug history is equally reassuring. A few minor UI glitches showed up in the first six months, which is expected with a platform this deep in features. What impressed me was the patch cadence: fixes came fast, release notes were clear, and nothing regressed afterward. The no-code workflow builder has stayed stable through several major updates without breaking our custom process flows. For an enterprise deployment, that's not a given. It's actually rare. If stability and uptime are your top criteria when evaluating a CRM, Creatio earns its spot at the top of that conversation.
