Rolling out new software across a rig operation is usually chaos. Horizon56 was the first time I watched a crew of drillers and engineers actually get comfortable inside a platform by day three. The onboarding structure is genuinely thoughtful, with guided digital workflows that mirror what people already do on paper, so the learning curve feels manageable rather than punishing.
A year in, that early confidence has held. The real-time data sharing across stakeholders is where Horizon56 earns its keep daily. My one gripe is that customer support response times can lag when you need a quick fix during a live operation. But the overall experience, from week one through today, has been far better than I expected from a relatively young product.
