Connecting every tool our nonprofit uses into one coherent picture felt impossible before Domo. Salesforce donations data, our LMS exports, Google Sheets from program staff, even a clunky legacy database our grants team refuses to abandon. Domo pulls all of it in without much drama. Two years later, the connector library has only gotten better, and when I've needed a custom solution for a less common source, their team actually helped me build it rather than pointing me at a help article and disappearing. That alone puts them ahead of the alternatives I've tested.
For education and nonprofit work specifically, the ability to surface unified dashboards for leadership, without requiring everyone to understand where the data came from, has been a real win. My program directors see the numbers they need. I stay out of their inboxes. The mobile experience is genuinely useful for board members who want a quick snapshot before meetings. If you're evaluating BI tools and your data lives in six different places, this one earns the investment.
