Solid. No drama. That's the short version. I moved onto Freshsales about ten weeks ago after a frustrating stretch with a tool that seemed to go down every time I needed it most, and the difference has been noticeable. Not a single outage I can point to. No weird login failures right before a client call, no data that vanished between sessions. For a five-person sales team where one dropped lead can actually sting, that kind of dependability isn't a nice-to-have, it's the whole ballgame.
The bug situation has also been quieter than I expected for a product I'm this new to. I've hit a couple of minor UI glitches, mostly around the contact merge screen, but nothing that blocked real work. Their support team responded fast when I flagged one issue, and a patch appeared within a few days. Freddy AI is a nice layer on top of all this, but honestly the reliability is what's keeping me here. If you're running lean and can't afford surprises, Freshsales has been worth it.
