Support is the reason I keep recommending Sage HR to my clients. Every time I've hit a configuration snag while setting up a new account, their team responds fast and actually understands the platform. Not boilerplate answers. Real help. Managing Sage HR across multiple client environments means I'm in the support queue more than most, and they've never made me feel like a burden.
The one gripe: the permissions structure can get fiddly when clients have unusual org hierarchies. It takes a few back-and-forths to get right. Not a dealbreaker, just expect some setup time there.
