Two years of daily use at a non-profit nursery, and Smartcare has gone down on me exactly once. One outage, brief, sorted quickly. That kind of reliability is honestly rare. I was half-expecting the usual cloud-software circus of surprise bugs and Monday-morning meltdowns, but it just... hasn't happened.
For a small team running on a tight budget, we can't afford system failures when parents are checking in children and staff are logging observations. Smartcare holds up. Their support team responded fast when I flagged even minor glitches. Genuinely solid product.
