Reliability is honestly the thing I think about most when I evaluate any software for our organization, and Charter UK has not given me a single reason to worry. In nearly a year of daily use, I can count the unplanned outages on one hand, and each time their team communicated proactively before I even had a chance to file a ticket. The bug history is almost suspiciously clean. A couple of minor UI glitches cropped up early on, both patched within days. For a non-profit running student-facing satisfaction surveys on tight timelines, that kind of consistency matters enormously.
Beyond uptime, the platform itself does what it promises without drama. Setting up survey cycles for our intake and exit processes took some initial configuration, but once it was in place, it just ran. No mysterious errors mid-cycle, no data going missing. Customer service has been responsive and genuinely knowledgeable, not just routing me to a help article. For the price point available to education sector buyers, this is hard to beat.
