The engagement dashboards are the reason I renewed our contract for the third year running. Working in the non-profit education space, I don't have the luxury of guessing which donor decks or program presentations actually land. ClearSlide's analytics show me exactly when a contact opened a shared presentation, how long they spent on each slide, and whether they clicked through to supporting materials. That level of detail has quietly changed how I prepare follow-up outreach. No more sending the same generic recap when I can see a supporter spent four minutes on the budget slide and skipped everything else.
Reporting for leadership is also genuinely easy to pull together. I can build an engagement summary for our board in maybe ten minutes, which used to take me most of a Friday afternoon with spreadsheets. My one real complaint is that custom report exports could use a bit more flexibility in formatting, nothing critical but worth noting. Customer service has been responsive every time I've reached out. For a small team with a tight budget, the visibility this platform provides is hard to justify walking away from.
