Remote-first life will expose every weakness in a CRM fast, and Creatio has held up impressively well across a full year of working that way. The mobile experience is genuinely functional, not an afterthought. I can pull up customer records, move deals through stages, and approve workflow steps from my phone without feeling like I'm fighting the interface. That matters a lot when I'm covering for colleagues across time zones and can't always get to a laptop.
The no-code workflow builder is where it really shines for a mid-market department like mine. My ops team adjusted several process automations without filing a single IT ticket, which was honestly a surprise after years of tool dependence on developers. Customer support response times have been solid when we did hit snags. My one gripe is that offline mobile behavior is still limited, which can sting during patchy connections. But taken as a whole, this platform has made distributed work much less painful than anything I used before.
