Small team, big ambitions. That's been our situation for the past year, and Klaviyo has scaled alongside us in a way I genuinely didn't expect from a platform I picked mostly on a hunch. Starting out, it was just me handling everything, but as my four-person marketing crew took shape, the flow builder and segmentation tools made it easy to divide ownership without stepping on each other's toes. Onboarding new members to the platform took a day, maybe less. The Shopify integration has been solid throughout, and the automation logic is deep enough that I'm still finding useful things a year in.
The one gripe I keep circling back to is pricing. It creeps up faster than you'd like as your contact list grows, and for a small operation watching every line item, that's a genuine concern rather than a minor footnote. Customer support has been helpful but occasionally slow on the live chat side. Still, the feature set justifies what I'm paying, and I wouldn't swap it out at this point.
