The content organization feature is what I keep coming back to after five years, and I mean that in the best possible way. ClearSlide lets me tag and stage content by where a prospective donor or partner sits in the conversation cycle, so whoever on my small team is presenting that day pulls exactly the right deck without digging through shared drives. That specificity matters enormously in a non-profit context where every touchpoint has to feel intentional, not improvised. The ability to attach next-step recommendations to each content piece has quietly become the backbone of how I prep for board presentations and major gift conversations.
What still genuinely impresses me is the per-slide engagement data. I can see whether a foundation program officer spent three minutes on our impact summary or skipped straight to the budget page. That tells me more than any follow-up call would. Customer service response time has occasionally lagged, especially around big platform updates, which keeps this from being a perfect score across the board. But for a mission-driven team with limited bandwidth, the depth here is hard to argue with.
