The thing that sold me on renewing after year one was how well ClearSlide plays with the rest of our stack. Connecting it to our CRM took maybe an afternoon, and the Slack and email integrations meant my whole small team actually started using it consistently instead of working around it. When your tools talk to each other, there's no friction to adoption. That part genuinely impressed me.
My one real gripe is that some third-party connectors feel half-baked. A couple of the integrations we tried needed manual workarounds that I didn't expect at this price point, and support was helpful but slow to respond on those tickets. Still, the core engagement analytics and content organization features are solid for a five-person sales outfit like mine. If integrations with your existing tools are the priority, ClearSlide is worth a serious look.
