Two years of managing Exspeedite on behalf of multiple trucking clients, and the reliability story is genuinely one of the better ones I can tell about this category. Unplanned downtime has been rare. Actually rare, not just marketing-rare. I can count on one hand the outages that caused real disruption, and in most cases the team had a fix pushed before my clients even noticed something was off. For an agency like mine, where a system going dark reflects on me personally, that track record matters a lot.
The bug history is mostly clean, though I'll be honest about one stretch around eight months in where a dispatch sync issue kept resurfacing across two client accounts. Support acknowledged it quickly, but the full resolution took longer than it should have. They got there eventually, and nothing like it has reappeared since. The mobile interface holds up well across different device setups, which is its own kind of reliability win for drivers who aren't exactly phone-tech enthusiasts. Solid platform overall.
