Uptime has been genuinely solid across the year I've relied on this for last-minute van rentals. The app unlocks the vehicle, handles the booking, and gets out of my way, which is really all I need as a solo operator. I hit maybe two or three bugs total, and both times the vehicle access recovered within minutes. Not bad at all.
The one real frustration is the occasional booking confirmation delay, usually late evening, where the screen just hangs before confirming. It has always resolved itself, but when you're standing in a parking lot at 9 p.m., patience runs thin.
