Running campaigns almost entirely from my phone these days, and Klaviyo has made that genuinely painless. I joined a tiny e-commerce team about six weeks ago, and from day one I was able to monitor flows, check open rates, and tweak segments while commuting or working from a coffee shop. The mobile experience is not a stripped-down afterthought. It keeps pace with what I actually need when I'm away from my desk, which is most of the time right now.
The automation builder is where I've spent most of my time, and it's approachable enough that I didn't need a week of training to feel confident. A few of the analytics views are a little dense on a small screen, so zooming in is occasionally awkward, but that's a minor gripe. For a small team trying to punch above its weight, Klaviyo gives you serious capability without demanding a full IT department to keep it running. Really glad this was the platform I landed on.
