Six months in and the platform has been genuinely dependable. I can count the downtime incidents on one hand, and each one got resolved faster than I expected. For a team our size, that kind of stability matters more than any flashy feature. The campaign tools for Giving Days and reunion drives are well-built and rarely misbehave.
The one real gripe: there was a recurring bug in the volunteer tracking module that took about three weeks to properly fix. It wasn't catastrophic, but it slowed my workflow during a critical push. They acknowledged it quickly, at least. Overall, solid reliability for the price.
