As a UX researcher I'm in Figma daily reviewing prototypes, leaving comments, and stitching together flows for usability sessions. Prototyping capabilities have matured to the point where I rarely need to push designs into separate tools like ProtoPie for typical research sessions. Linking flows, conditional logic, and overlay states cover most of what I need. Figma Slides has actually become my preferred tool for sharing research readouts because I can embed live screens. FigJam is useful for affinity mapping and synthesis though I sometimes default back to Miro out of habit. The handoff between research insights and design iteration feels seamless when we're working in the same file.
