The first week with WebbRes was the smoothest software rollout I can remember, and I've survived a few rough ones at this organization. Their onboarding support was genuinely hands-on. Someone actually walked me through our specific equipment workflow instead of pointing me at a help article and wishing me luck.
About a year later, the whole thing still holds up. Juggling rentals, service records, and sales in one place has taken a real bite out of our admin load, which matters a lot for a small nonprofit team. Customer service dropped the ball once on response time, but honestly, that's been the exception.
