The reporting suite genuinely caught me off guard. Six weeks into our cloud migration and the dashboards are already telling me things about our environment that I couldn't piece together before, even with custom spreadsheets and a lot of wasted Friday afternoons. Drill-down analytics are clear, and setup was far quicker than I expected for a team our size.
One minor gripe: a couple of the prebuilt dashboard templates needed tweaking to match how we actually work. Small thing. Compunnel's support team sorted it fast. For a growing startup trying to get real visibility fast, this delivers.
