What finally convinced me to stop hedging on Domo was watching it pull data from six different tools into one dashboard without any of the manual patching I'd grown used to dreading. Slack, Salesforce, Google Sheets, our project tracker, a couple of marketing platforms: everything connected cleanly and the connectors actually stayed working. On a small team, nobody has bandwidth to babysit broken pipelines. The fact that Domo's integration library is genuinely wide, not just a marketing claim, changed how I spend my mornings.
About a year in now, and the experience has only gotten better. Their customer support walked my four-person group through a tricky API connector setup without making us feel like we were wasting their time. The mobile app is a nice bonus. I'd honestly rate integrations as the single strongest part of this platform, and for a small operation juggling multiple data sources, that's the part that matters most.
