Onboarding at enterprise scale is usually where platforms fall apart. Klaviyo didn't. From day one, the setup wizard walked my team through list segmentation, integration with our Shopify instance, and flow configuration in a way that felt structured without being patronizing. The dedicated onboarding rep we were assigned actually knew our use case coming into the first call, which I wasn't expecting. By end of week one, my marketing team of twelve had live welcome flows running and a solid grasp of the analytics dashboard. That's not typical.
Six months on, that early momentum has held. The automation builder is genuinely intuitive once you've spent a few sessions in it, and the SMS tools slotted in without much friction after we'd nailed the email side. My one gripe is that some of the more advanced segmentation filters take a bit of hunting to find in the UI, nothing critical, just a learning curve. For an enterprise rollout, though, this was about as clean as it gets.
