Solid as a rock. Two months in, zero unplanned downtime, no corrupted records, nothing. For a growing firm still building its IP docket from scratch, that kind of reliability isn't just nice to have. It's the whole ballgame. I was honestly bracing for the usual first-quarter bug parade you get with any new platform rollout. PATTSY proved me wrong. The integrated modules for patents and trademarks load consistently, deadline alerts fire on schedule every time. Customer support has been quick when I had setup questions. Strong start.
