Zoom is a great tool for staying and getting connected for business. It has been a great tool to get last minue meetings in that are discussions that are easier to have virtually than email or over the phone. Sharing screens is another assett that helps get the job done. I myself use Zoom mulitple times a month. Zoom is easy to connect to get connected once you have it downloaded. Getting connected on the phone is definately a plus while on the go. I have yet to use the customer support, but I know that it is there if needed and can easily get connected
