I was with host gator for 1 year and then problems occurred, so had no choice but to move to another company. I actually was recommended to Zenbix group by a friend who are also with them. I found them extremely helpful and the service was fantastic. They helped me clone my Wordpress blog over to them and also gave me a free domain transfer and renewal. The hosting prices are quite a little bit over my budget, but for the uptime and quality of the web hosting it is definitely worth the extra money. Been with them two months and not had a single problem so far. I can definitely tell that they are keen to help when you contact them. Unlike large companies it can be a nightmare to get in touch with the support.
