It does not matter what time of day I have had a problem, the support staff have responded in a fraction of time and persisted until my issue was resolved. Don't think twice to call them and get total peace of mind.

“The Zebrahost team is absolutely the tip of the spear…”
The Zebrahost team is absolutely the tip of the spear for us. Their networking knowledge it top-notch. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thrown complex use case scenarios at Clive or Nate and every time they design the perfect solution for us all while being ridiculously cost effective. The response time is insane. 2AM no problem, 3PM no problem, 4AM no problem. We’ve never had an issue that could not be resolved by the Zebrahost team in a matter of minutes and we’ve been working with them for close to a decade now. They’re up to date on all the latest goings-on in the industry and they just make stuff work come hell or high water.
