It is a highly recommended solution, in addition to the virtual number I got a free switchboard, all the redirections, conversation recording and voice analytics work wonderfully. I have the necessary integration with Shopify, a very convenient 24/7 technical support service that is not a common thing in the market today. Es una solución muy recomendable, a demás del número virtual obtuve una centralita gratis, todas las redirecciones, la grabación de conversaciones y la analítica de voz funcionan de maravilla. Tengo la integración necesaria con Shopify, un servicio técnico de apoyo muy cómodo de 24/7 que no es una cosa habitual en el mercado hoy en día.
