MarkTheGlobe“We had several VPS with them. Out of the blue…”
We had several VPS with them. Out of the blue they suspended the main VPS suddenly for load related issues. After several days they told us that they cannot unsuspend the VPS since they have deleted the data to make room for other customers. Of course they still took our money and didn't agree to a refund. Since this was a production system the incident caused us a lot of trouble. I would not recommend them for any serious hosting.
