If you are expecting a full-feature, traditional project-management application, this may not be for you. It lacks in cost-management functionality and the scheduling functionality is somewhat limited compared to other products. Where it shines is in project collaboration and communication. It keeps your team working on the same page, keeps project-communications connected to project tasks, and allows supervisors to see all the work being done in an organization and who is working on what. It is intuitive enough to start using with no training, but still has a wealth of features for more advanced use cases. Wrike provides excellent on-boarding and help resources and its support staff is great.

Our design studio has struggled to find a suitable solution to manage our large list of projects for quite a few years. After trying out a few dozen programs, Wrike has been the only solution that has catered for all our needs. I have the ability to create as many projects/subfolders and tasks as necessary. I love the Dynamic Gantt-chart which allows you to set dependencies between projects and adjust on the fly. They offer excellent support, 24-7. There are numerous reports which can be customised. I highly recommend this program.
