We use Worksmart’s hosted telephony service for our Marketing Agency and have nothing but praise for the service and support we have received. We have hosted desktop telephones, which allow us to work wherever there is broadband access. We have voicemail set up to forward us an email with a .wav file attachment, which can be played on our laptops or mobile email devices. Our mobiles are twinned with our desk phones so we don’t have to publish our mobile numbers to receive calls outside of the office. We also use Worksmart’s Freedom mobile app which means provided we are in a WiFi zone, we can make calls on our mobiles anywhere in the world which look like they have come from our office landline and are charged at UK landline rates. This saves us a fortune in mobile roaming charges when we go abroad on holiday or business trips. Thanks Worksmart, keep up the good work!
