Work 365 is a suite of applications and technology that we have accumulated over the years while trying to solve problems that we (IOTAP) felt needed a solution. IOTAP with its Headquarter in the United States is a global Microsoft Gold partner with offices and locations in four regions. IOTAP sold its first Microsoft license with BPOS and then Office 365 in 2011. Within a month, we had sold 150 seats of Office 365 licenses and within 6 months, we sold 1000 seats. IOTAP was recognized as Country Partner of the Year in 2013 and 2014. In late 2015, IOTAP enrolled in the Cloud Solutions Program. In 2016, we enrolled as a Direct CSP in multiple countries. As IOTAP transitioned customers from the Advisor Model to the CSP program we quickly realized that in order to scale we needed a system. We needed to scale. We spent 8 months researching the marketplace for a solution we could use. Work 365 is the result of the research and development that we undertook after concluding the research. We used Work 365 to drive our cloud business forward, we grew our business and in talking to other partners that there was a real gap in the marketplace. Work 365 is delivering automation and customer experience for Microsoft CSP Partners while driving Cloud Profitability. Our principle is that its the small tasks and the ones that take place again and again that need automation. We use the tools and software that we have access to learn and adapt and sell the technology we have access to. Work 365 is about Peace of Mind for Cloud Solution Providers that want to scale their Business.
